Power ministry joint secretary reviews Pakri Barwadih coal project

Power ministry joint secretary Aadhar Raj visited the Pakri Barwadih coal project in Hazaribag and reviewed mining activities, development initiatives and future plans.

Power ministry joint secretary Aadhar Raj visited the Pakri Barwadih coal mining project in Hazaribag on Friday and reviewed ongoing mining activities and various development initiatives. During the visit, Raj participated in the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Nam’ plantation campaign and planted a sapling. He emphasised the importance of environmental protection and sustainable development.

Raj later inspected the mine viewpoint of the Pakri Barwadih coal mining project. Senior project officials briefed him on mining operations, key achievements, technical initiatives and various developmental works.

The joint secretary also reviewed the project’s activities and initiatives and interacted with senior officials. He was briefed on the project’s operational progress and future plans.
